Pairing: Domoto Koichi/ Nishikido Ryo; Kinki Kids as brothers, Kamenashi Kazuya/Yamashita Tomohisa as side pairing.
Summary: When Koichi comes into a special clinic he doesn’t want to believe that he is sick, but when he meets the young doctor Nishikido Ryo he slowly starts realizing that he has a problem.
